Caswell wants to compete in 2020

A world traveller, Don Caswell has been stuck at home in Windsor-Essex wishing he could compete. The 67-year old may get that chance at the local level with the region moving into phase three Monday. Also a director with Bowls Canada, Caswell is hoping to organize competition for returning members and those who want to give the game a try.
