Tillman Leads Local Charge Into Final Round at Pointe West

The Golf Ontario Senior Men's Championship is underway in Windsor-Essex this week, with Pointe West Golf Club in Amherstburg hosting and getting to watch three of its own compete on home turf heading into Thursday's final round.

Magnus Tillman leads all local golfers after carding rounds of 74-76 for a two-day total of 150 (+6), landing him tied for 13th overall.

James Morgan sits tied for 22nd after a 73-80, at 153 (+9), while John Zdonek rounds out the trio tied for 28th with a 154 (+10) on rounds of 80-74.

David Kaufman of Beacon Hall Golf Club holds the overall lead at 145 (+1) heading into the final round, with the home crowd at Pointe West hoping to see their own make a move on Thursday.
