What a season for a Windsor-Essex athlete who's just getting started. New to the sport in February, competing for Villanova Secondary, she captured WECSSA, SWOSSA, and OFSAA titles in her first few months. At the Ontarios in mid-July, she finished 2nd overall, and a 3rd-place national ranking in the U16 age group punched her ticket to the Canadian Legion Youth Nationals in Regina, Saskatchewan (August 7-9). There, representing WEAC (Windsor Essex Athletic Association) against
