The Orlando Solar Bears have added a proven scorer to their lineup, signing forward Keegan McMullen to an ECHL Standard Player Contract.

The 24-year-old Cambridge, Ontario native is coming off a breakout season with the Windsor Lancers, where he scored 21 goals in 28 games and finished with 29 points. His goal total ranked third nationally as he helped lead Windsor to berth in the Queen’s Cup final and an appearance at the national championships.
McMullen had a productive four-year career in Windsor finishing with 80 points in 105 games.
He was named an OUA West First Team All-Star in each of the past two seasons, cementing his status as one of the conference’s top players.
Before landing on campus in Windsor, McMullen spent three seasons in the OHL with the Soo Greyhounds and Peterborough Petes.
Now turning pro, McMullen brings a scoring touch and consistency that the Solar Bears hope will translate at their level as they beef up their roster for the stretch run.
