Noah VanNeck easily won the jr. boys discus with a throw of 55.29M falling just shy of the record set by Blake Foster of Sarina Northern in 2019 of 56.84.

It was a bit frustrating for the 16-year old who has thrown 58m earlier this season. Call it a warm up.

Later in the afternoon he destroyed Foster’s shot put with a throw of 18.21 meters, 1.01m further. The impressive part is he broke Foster’s mark on each of his six throws.
