A heartbreaker of an ending for the Windsor Spitfires Friday night as they lost 5-4 in overtime in Kitchener. Dylan Edwards scored at 17:33 to propel the Rangers to 4-1 series win and a berth in the OHL final.

Windsor came out flying, jumping to a 3–0 lead in the first on goals from Anthony Cristoforo, Cole Davis, and Wyatt Kennedy, and later held a 4–1 advantage before Kitchener battled back.
Christian Humphreys scored on the power play and AJ Spellacy added another as momentum shifted, with Sam O’Reilly tying the game in the third to force overtime.
Wyatt Kennedy led the way for Windsor with a goal and two assists, while Joey Costanzo made 48 saves in his final game between the pipes.
