The LaSalle Vipers are turning March 1st into more than just a game day. They are creating a community moment.
The Vipers are bringing a special Hockey Hall of Fame Trophy Exhibit to the Vollmer Complex Sunday giving fans a rare chance to see some of the NHL’s most iconic awards up close. Among the trophies scheduled to be on display are the Conn Smythe, Art Ross, Vezina and Campbell trophies, along with international hardware like the 4 Nations Cup, 2004 World Cup and Canada Cup.

“Bringing the NHL Awards to LaSalle is a unique opportunity for all ages to experience the history of the game in their own backyard,” said Vipers' general manager John Nelson. “This event is about more than the game, it’s about standing together, lifting each other up, and showing Cullen that he is not fighting alone.”
The Vipers are dedicating the day to 8-year old Cullen Flood who is fighting Leukemia.
“Our close-knit community in LaSalle, Ontario has proudly supported the LaSalle Vipers for 18 years. It’s our turn to rally, we want to show unwavering support around Cullen Flood,” Nelson said. “We want him and his family to feel the strength of this community by providing a special Hockey Day In LaSalle.”
The exhibit is open to see from 1-7pm with no limit on how many times a ticket holder can enter and exit the area.
The Vipers are hosting the Strathroy Rockets , both teams in a 4-team battle for three playoff positions in the GOHL Western Conference standings. Game time is 2:30.
